By accessing, registering on, or using the casinoph platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement that would prohibit your participation in gambling activities.

casinoph reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Players who provide false information regarding their eligibility will have their accounts immediately closed and any winnings forfeited.

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one casinoph account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.

• Account Currency: casinoph accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, withdrawals, and game transactions are processed in Philippine Peso.

casinoph supports a range of payment methods for Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the casinoph platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 PHP, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your casinoph account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to process.
• Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawal requests are processed within 10 minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on your bank.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 PHP. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Verification Requirement: casinoph reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be released until KYC verification is complete.
• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement.
• Transaction Fees: casinoph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which casinoph bears no responsibility.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). casinoph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

casinoph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. casinoph reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time. Players must complete or forfeit an active bonus before claiming a new one.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, which will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses not used within the stated period will be automatically removed from the player's account.

• Modification and Cancellation: casinoph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on the casinoph platform are governed by the following general gameplay rules, in addition to the specific rules applicable to each individual game:

• Game Outcomes: All game outcomes on casinoph are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the live game event. casinoph does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, casinoph reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account. casinoph's decision in such matters is final.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. casinoph reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.
• Disconnection Policy: If a player is disconnected from the casinoph platform during an active game round, the game will be resolved according to the game's standard rules. casinoph is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Game Rules: Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. Ignorance of game rules is not grounds for a refund or dispute.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the casinoph platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the casinoph platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the casinoph platform for financial gain;
• Using the casinoph platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information to casinoph at any time;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any casinoph software or system;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the casinoph platform or the experience of other players;
• Using the casinoph platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

casinoph is required by applicable Philippine regulations to implement a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All players are required to complete KYC verification before withdrawals can be processed. The following documents may be requested:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys National ID, or PRC ID;
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your current residential address in the Philippines;

casinoph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the casinoph platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your casinoph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

casinoph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the casinoph platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities;
• Inactivity of your account for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account, any bonus funds will be forfeited. Real money balances remaining in your account at the time of termination will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification and provided that no fraud or breach of these Terms is involved.

You may close your casinoph account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you may have incurred prior to closure.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
